At the heart of the Women’s Leadership Conference is one simple belief: When one woman rises, she brings others with her.

 That’s why, each year, we intentionally spotlight a nonprofit organization whose mission aligns with the very reason we gather…to grow, to lead, and to make an impact that reaches beyond ourselves.

 This year, we’re proud to feature SHE LEADS—a newly established non-profit and home of the High School Girls Leadership Conference. In partnership with the Green Bay Community Foundation, SHE LEADS is planting powerful seeds by equipping the next generation of young women with the confidence and tools to lead boldly. Though just getting started, its impact is already building a strong foundation for future leaders.

So what does SHE LEADS do? SHE LEADS was created to address the growing confidence, courage and belonging gaps among high school girls.This organization encourages high school girls to live and lead boldly. Sparked by the success of our inaugural 2024 High School Girls Leadership Conference, we’ve expanded to offer year-round workshops in schools, ensuring our impact lasts far beyond a single day.
